@@CuteLittle_Froggy nah but in all seriousness, the easiest moves to start with are the kong vault and that, shit looks scary at first but trust me its just your mind screwing with ya. Same goes for the front flip (which i dont recommend doing without a mat) its only your mind holding you back from doing it. Never give up 👍 (unless you get injured,)

I miss parkour. I used to be decent at it, I even used to do it in higher places. But two incidents made me quit. I still want to do it but I'm overweight and scared of heights. But it is nice to see that finally there is an app and that people that are interested in this sport (or way to live depends on how much you do it) can find spots easier. Never give up 💪

Heavily considering taking up parkour but I worry that a foot deformity (high arches and spurs on my ankle that limit vertical ankle mobility) might make this harder, but I feel like it's the 'perfect' hobby for me. I already really love walking and hiking on the principle that it's in direct violation to these issues, and I think this is just the next step of that
