This is amazing for many reasons! First, using 漢字 in context helps to memorize it and know how it's commonly used. Second, you get both a verb AND a noun (adjective/adverb) in each sentence. But my favorite part is that the particle hints on the type of verb that is used (transitive vs intransitive). For example 野菜を食べる uses the を particle which indicates that 食べる is transitive (basically YOU do the action of eating). In the case of 仕事が終わる, note that the particle used is が, which indicates that you do not act on the verb (the work ends - it ends by itself). This helps A LOT!!!

This is fantastic. This is THE best way to learn Japanese, by seeing words and characters being used in context! Thank you so much!

This is so great! My Japanese is just good enough that I could mostly read the sentences or if I couldn't quite read one it still loked familiar. I'm going to STUDY this video!. I also liked the format. I turned on English subtitles so I could check myself, but because all of the Japanese is on the top of the page, you can try to read it Kanji first, then with the Kana hints and THEN check the subtitles. Really Incredible! I LOVE a well planned teaching aid!
