There's not too many reviews from patients regarding this medication that's why I'm so scared to start this medication 😢

I'm barely going to start this medication soon in 3 days but, plan to have a surgery on December 2024. So what can I do, do I stop the medication or do I do not take it at all . And yes my biggest fear is to have moon face and weight gain 😥.... I'm stage 3 on my kidneys disease 😢
