The job is pro inmate and against staff. Thats what happened when they started Broad Banding and did away with tests to advance beyond ADW. The job went South and has continued to do so.

Let's start by watching all correction officers u will be amazed what u will see by what I been watching rykers is out of control due to poor management poor resources poor staff btw look at the ppl they hire same as housing parks dept it just tells u it's all controlled
