Hi, I have a question about eligibility: my PhD diploma is from January 13, 2009. I was in maternal and child care leave between 23 September 2010 and 15 December 2012, and between 7 May 2013 and 16 June 2014. Do I qualify for PI for Consolidator Grant or other? Thank you!

This grant is only for European Countries and USA, or any other country from the rest of America can participate?
