Hi Bhakthi Mam, I'm gowrilakshmi from Coimbatore.I'm 54 years old . I've been learning bharathnatyam from 2018 march . My guru is Aishwarya Rajeev who is also an excellent guru like you. She teaches exclusively for older women who are passionate and didnt have a chance to learn during the younger days.We have finished all the Adavus and have been taught alarippu and geetham .Due to this pandemic our classes are eratic but I keep pratctising everyday . I'm following you recently and your teaching is extremely commendable. Kudos to you and your team. I'm able to follow exactly as I used to follow my guru. Thank you so much for teaching us so well and keeping us dancing.

Have you completed all the adavu shlokas? Did you watch the introduction to alaripu untill you understand ii? If not it's obvious you won't get alaripu. And if you already have learnt that then you need a teacher in front of you to make you understand. - Team Talaank
