Widow أرمل / أرملة armal 🚹 armala 🚺. أخي بالتبني Akhee bi-ttabannee my brother in adoption (we add in adoption bi-ttabannee), أخي من أمي akhee min ummee (my brother from my mother) so you specify from your mom's side or dad's side.

As for second cousin in colloquial we say ibn 3ammee el-lazam ابن عمي اللزم as in my directly related or first cousin, second cousin mish lazam مش لزم. In Fuş-Ha or modern standard you can simply refer to as: my relative: qareebee قريبي. The exact term would be كلالة kalaala for second cousins in Fuş-Ha, but it is not in use nowadays.
