Hello sir, its great to do yoga with u, its better if you tell which asana is good for what purpose like for diabetes, bp etc,,, and who should not do which asana

You can try for , tree pose , bow pose , plough pose ,half twist pose , kapalbatti is the best pranyama to controlling blood sugar as well also controlling many chronic diseases, anulom vilom for at least 10-15 minutes for maximum benefit, you have to do bhramari for at least 5-10 minutes..
