I figured it out: you need to add http service to your firewall : $ sudo firewall-cmd --zone=public --add-service=http --permanent

when running journalctl/systemctl is it opening up in vim and thats why we have to press Q?

It opens in "less" not vim. Less uses the vim navigation keys but it's a much simpler program. You can pipe both journalctl and shstemctl into vim and even change their default output too.

Try to put in your browser not the word "localhost" , but the 127.0.0.1 or even the IP of your LAN interface
