Thank you Emma for this amazing video lesson. These days most of the people are stressed out because of pandemic but I think every single person cope with it differently. Not all can be resilient but everyone tries to find a solution what works for them. For me, the best thing to handle stress is to be mindful. I think it's helpful to be present and not think too much about either past or future. At the end of the day I feel much more relief. I was telling my friend the other day that nothing is more important than health. She was saying that she's swamped, because she has too much work to do. My point is that, It's not worth it to work all day or being overworked, no matter what you're doing, it's so stressful for your body. It can't handle that long. Everyone needs rest or as a result you would burn out. Try to build resilience and you will be good to go.

I was literally swamped at work last year, i used to overwork & return home so late besides getting stressed out because of my sever boss which caused me a massive burn out later. I had no solution back then but to cope with stress & learn how to remain resilient & mindful regardless all the obstacles . A short story to keep the new vocabs 😅😅

Hi there teacher emma it's very very interesting this video we learn a new vocabulary it's amazing because yesterday in my work I was very stressed out all day, I swamped for differents situations it's overworked so much I think that sometimes in our lifes and in day to day lives situations cope I make stop in the way breathing and continue my life breahing deeply while overworker I like go out I take the exercise fo my srressed out I manage my mindfulness and senses and finally finished very happy.
