Excellent Video clip! Sorry for the intrusion, I would love your thoughts. Have you thought about - Mahorrla Surviving Help Method (should be on google have a look)? It is an awesome exclusive guide for protecting your family during a national crisis minus the headache. Ive heard some super things about it and my m8 at very last got great success with it.

Hi Adam i really appreciate the efforts you put into making great English learning videos with clear explanation and examples. I'm not so sure about the differences and the appropriate way to use the following words--- surprised, stunned, astounded, appalled, startled and shocked. I've heard and read about people comparing some of them here and there but never in a comprehensive manner. Would be great if you could explain the different context in which each of them is used and the implied differences or meanings. Thank you and have a great day Renée

I´m Esperanza, from Spain. Surfing the net I found your wonderful English videos. I watched some of them and I learned a lot. I´ll continue listen to you. Thank you.
@Chrisdgallego10 жыл бұрын
Hey Adam. I'm going to try to explain a little but important error in video. Cold front is blue and with triangles and "heat" front (I think it says warm instead heat for this case) is semi circles in red. Heat wave is a meteorological phenomenon in which air in surface is very warm and it is moved. Cold and warm front are we say in Spanish "Individuos isobáricos" maybe isobaric individuals (google translate says.) Right now I don't remember very well but I studied all about this theme in University and I think Blizzard is a cold wind just from Canada, Mistral is another one from France and so. Every area has a wind name. I hope you understand me more or less hehe. My English is growing little by little. Thanks for yours videos.

I'm from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Here disasters like this related in the video are rare. We don't have earthquake because the country is on the South American tectonics plate. Also we don't have tornados. So it's difficult to occur an event that is terrible and kills a lot of people. But when occurs, normally it is a mudslide or a big flood. We also have in the northeast extreme droughts because of the topology of that area and because it is close to equator. So I believe in this aspect my country is one of the best places in the world.

Thanks Adam for an interesting lesson. I'm from Cambodia. I really like your accent and the terms you use in your speaking. I hope and try with my best to speak English like a native speaker. Flooding is the worst natural disaster in Cambodia. It damages alot like crop, vegetable and paddy field. Every year there are alot of schools, hospitals, etc are closed by flooding. I do love your teaching.
