Gracias! Donde enseñas? That is so awesome! I really wish I understood economics better! What do you think of the American economy right now?
@gallardooswaldo729810 күн бұрын
@@EnglishCoach3Ts No te preocupes Tania "La economia es la ciencia que pocos entienden pero todos la sienten". Yo trabajo el la Universidad de los Andes en Venezuela (ULA). I know very little bit the USA economy of course I know the impact of the USA all over world however My Country has hard situation now. Tell you many people are excited here because Mr Trump won. I like the phrase "America is Back" I'd want to say "Venezuela ha vuelto" Thank you Tania. Buenas noches

I’d love a slice of Grandma Sally’s legendary chocolate pie-she makes it sound like a taste of heaven! But flying halfway across the globe for one bite? That pie better come with a golden ticket to Willy Wonka’s factory!

Right!?! I'm sure it's better than anything you can get from Willy Wonka!

Got it! They’re talking about caves, mountains, and cows. Sounds like Arkansas wrote its own dating profile: 'Likes long walks in the Ozarks, moo-sic festivals, and grazing on local culture.' Go see Arkansas-where even the cows have Southern charm!)))

LOL! This is one of your most witty comments ever!

HI Tanya. I have listened to the conversation twice. The couple is obviously very fluent in English. Are they native american speakers? They speak the languague as natives do. I caught a slight idea about what you were talking. Arkansas is the core of the conversation. Did they train people in English in that place? Don't native in Arkansas speak English? In general, I guess that Arkansas is like a rural place. We never listen to any remarkable news trough the newsreels. Thank you Tanya. Susana.
@EnglishCoach3Ts9 күн бұрын
Yes, they are native speakers who are English teachers. They teach advanced students. Arkansas is very rural and not talked about a lot. It is a beautiful state. Save this video and listen again in a few months to see if you understand more.

Tanya, you truly are full of surprises! You've even rubbed elbows with the Clintons-how impressive is that? Meanwhile, I don’t think I could manage anything like that with Russian bigwigs. They’re more likely to politely not notice me than offer me a photo op!

I was very fortunate to have a friend of a friend who invited me to that very elite dinner. If not for them, I would never have had the chance.

It’s very strange that a young man would say, "It’s so cool, man," to you. I would never say something like that to a woman.
@EnglishCoach3Ts10 күн бұрын
LOL again! This is so common. He wasn't saying it to me. He was saying it in general. And, this kind of language is slowly going out of style. Nonetheless, it is still very common. Interestingly, it came into style in the 60s and 70s when feminism was also on the rise.
