That was a great lesson. But I think there is an confusion related to Gross Salary. Because the Total Cost include all the taxes and governmental deductions that belong to companies. But Gross salary is not include all governmental deductions that under the responsibility of companies. Yes Gross Salary has taxes and deductions but not all of it. Gross Salary and Total Salary should be different things as I know.

What actually makes sense to me is profit or loss, because if you buy 10 USD and sell 10 USD, you are loosing. As you mentioned that transaction is process, there may involves transport costs, comunications and other unpredicted investments, so, if you sell the same price, you will obviously loose.
