I really do not understand why there are 11,537 views and only 402 subs and furthermore only 292 likes? This is so stupid. This lady is a great teacher! And I think people should show some incentive and appreciation to motivate teachers like this on youtube. I would say to this person, please produce some more videos! Kiitos paljon.

Hi, this is awesome, and i must say this is my 3rd time i am starting learning suomi. And i decided i shall go for it for good now. I have been in Finnland two times already. And i find the country and people awesome! I have zero problems with pronouncing the words, but memorizing them and making a full sentence is such a pain :D Keep up! Cheers!

Nice vid. I subscribed. I'm thinking about coming to Finland to study game design and production at Aalto University. One thing that draws me to Finland is that it's not overpopulated like the UK and your education system seems much better than ours.

@MisterTactless4 жыл бұрын
I find Finnished is a good place to get spoken language from. kzbin.info/www/bejne/p3W3mJmHhL-ai7c
@AJBonnema4 жыл бұрын
@@MisterTactless I use that channel, but I am a bit careful, especially because it is spoken finnish. As a foreigner I need to get the formal Finnish down first. So I have decided the ratio of formal vs spoken at the moment is 1 - 7 meaning I do a lot more kirjakieli than puhekieli. I feel, once I can understand the official podcasts that are mostly formal, then switching to spoken Finnish shouldn't be too hard. The difference is not that big (in the south of FInland) but the documentation for puhekieli is not readily available like it is for kirjakieli. So I agree, Finnished is a good resource, but as a foreigner I need to understand formal Finnish first.
@user-bj1dq7zh4o3 жыл бұрын
Easy to agree with you after having watched various channels of Finnish lessons. It seems to be an aim to get closer to viewers by teaching "spoken Finnish" while to a native speaker it sounds like a dialect. My view is that the formal way is better.

Hei. Terveisiä Australiasta. Olen seitsemäntoistavuotias ja puhun suomea. Minulla on kaksi kissoa ja rakastan heitä kovasti. Pelaan pianoa, kitaraa ja olen opettanut itseni pelaamaan rumpuja. Rakastan märkiä säätä. Rakastan juo kahvia. Pelaan koripalloa. Veljeni ja isäni ja minä rakastavat biologiaa. Hyönteiset ja hämähäkit ovat minä ja veljeni suosikki eläimiä :) Toivon, että luet tämän ja vastaat tähän. :)

Could you or any finnish translate this into finnish? Kiitos Returning to the origins : Don't promise me you won't forget me Allow your past to be the past! I didn't say: "Farewell!" - it's just incredible! I'll whisper to you: "Come back!" many times! Why am I listening to rustle of steps, Finding hope and counting the days? How many dreams will go away Where we are together again? How many moments fade away - Don't go to find the glimmer of past! I"m yours forever I can say waiting always yours return! It's not a bad omen to return "New life" is not a bed of roses! I'm not tired - I will wait for you more There is the reason to come back, of course! And not by chance your big strong hand Touched my shoulders around You're here every day, every night - All my suspicions have no grounds! The drops are quivering quietly outside, The spring sings its melody too slowly! We'll be together - You and I - Returning to the origins over and over ...
