Joey doesn’t say « tu poses toujours la question ? » (which would make no sense) but « tu te poses toujours la question ? » One would mean « are you still asking that question ? » (which makes no sense in this context), while the other means « are you still wondering ? » This « Te » is phonetically reduced to « t’ » but is very audible to (and expected by) a native speaker.
