The flowers engulfing the metal stop sign is such a powerful symbol to me. It feels like nature, humanity, and good triumphing over technology, totalitarianism, and evil. Just loving these pages, and your process! Thank you for sharing, and happy Thanksgiving to you.

Thank you so much! I hope you had a great Thanksgiving too! I was so happy when I found that stop sign image in my stash. It is amazing what you can find in ransom catalogs and magazines

I feel that that the flowers kinda represents life and there’s always a cycle for change…

I love your take on the flower motif🌸 the wild self Could it be that "the factory" is what the girls who've been through it call it? Maybe it's marketed as a charm school, but the girls inside - who make it through with their wild self intact - can see it for what it really is. Maybe that's who your girl is on this spread? She's awake, but she's been put out into the cold (symbolically) and she's a happier and a whole person despite the hardship. Ok. I'll stop :) Happy Thanksgiving to you, too Jenn! 🦋 I'd love to hear how your new recipes go

Love your insight! omg! I like the idea of the factory not being the official name but the name given by the victims of it. Like factory girls. Thanksgiving was chill and simple. Hope you had a good one too! I tried super low carb meat loaf and it turned out great. I'm making one next week lol
