Thank you for your wonderfully clear explanation of how the layers show up in the final pull. That’s the most clear and concise I’ve ever heard.❤️🙏❤️

Excellent explanation of a fascinating process! My biggest mistake is not letting it dry. Now I know. Gee. Cultivating patience at 68. I wonder how that will go…😀🙏😀

Good luck with that! 🤣

I"m about there too. Things dry pretty quickly actually.

Thanks for this clear and detailed video. I fell into the trap you described of thinking you pull while wet.

Cannot find the Recipe PDF. Great gelplate lesson, the lesson on layers and waiting for things to dry, really helps

Right. I made one for the class this was originally intended for and wanted to reformat it. I’ll get on it.

Thanks for this. Have you tried either another gelli plate Or palette paper as a palette vs a paper notebook?
@carolynhassardart14 күн бұрын
Yes; thank you. I find that palette paper is too slippery. It keeps crinkling on me. It also dries more slowly. Plus it's way more expensive than scrap . For these reasons I use low grade, absorbent scrap for rolling out.

I’m not sure it’s a good idea to wash acrylics into your sink and into the water system.
@carolynhassardart14 күн бұрын
Right! Never do that! I never do. I lift the old paint with the next print or wipe it off. Sometimes I keep it wet with a spray bottle so I can wipe it off with paper towels.
