Still not seeing it. Paul is certainly focused on efficency but his process for improvement is focus on himself, and in a way he proved that when the idea of moving the trash container closer came up-- it indicated that there was no team effort. Hard to run a true Lean company when the owner is the team leader, trainer, faciltator and decision maker for every project. I would advise Paul to create some teams that he is a not part of to tap the true potential of his people. m
