If you listen to this interview with contempt and jealousy, versus being amazed and inspired, then you need to check yourself. I'm 31 years old, without any significant possessions or great habits, but I'm trying to change my perspective. These days, I appreciate successful people and their achievements, and use them as a small "boost" to correct my life and get *started*. I've always had big ideas in my head, but my problem is not implementing them due to idiotic excuses. A few things I will promise myself to do after watching this (starting small): 1. read a book within 1-2 weeks 2. write down my ideas & organize my plans 3. stop making excuses and start something, even if I will fail 4. spend a designated period on reflecting on myself and progress, favorably with a nice coffee and pipe If you've read this far, I hope you do something now to begin evolving yourself and people around you. Sorry if it was a bit of a ramble, this comment is mainly for myself to kick myself a little :)

I'm 19 and having the same mindset roadblocks, brilliant ideas, even more brilliant excuses and I can already see some bad patterns happening. I'm slowly learning that everything you need to be successful is already in you. Your comment is insightful and inspired me, I'm rooting for you!

@@Alanislynx I'm also 19 and I love both of your comments. I think it is beautiful that you took time to reflect what you got out of this video, and even if it's the little things, make changes for the better. I'm trying to figure out what I want to do with my life, but videos like this point me a little further in the right direction.

Profoundly agree, self awareness at its best. I used to be that kind person, Blaming fate and lack of money, but i did reality check upon myself and finally got in good terms with my ego. Knowing where i'm lack at makes me humble and widen my perspectives and instead of being jealous and intimidated, i now feel more inspired and determined. This video, i take it as a boost whenever i feel disappointed of myself.

Dude, I'm 19 myself and seeing you and your past life of learning and growing an agency as a young kid is honestly inspirational and motivating for me to continue hustling. My thing is I feel that I am still kind of stagnant, but I'm constantly busy with school, work as a cashier, and coaching for a wrestling program. I realize that working as a cashier is taking up a lot of my time I can be spending elsewhere.

@@TheDestineyy speaking for myself (a german girl that never spoke to native english speakers until she was 19 years old) I've been told countless of times that I have no german accent at all. Mostly people think of a mixture between american, australian and south african. At least that's what I've been told. I disliked english in school and have to admit that I learned spoken english and pronounciation through videogames and their english dubbing. (No german voicover was available so I settled for german subbing with the english voices.) After growing fond of the sound I started to watch movies in their original so I'd say that your intake matters a lot. You adapt sounds and sayings super fast. Depending on whom he was around and how many podcasts or videos or shows he's heard/watched; you find your way to whatever accent suits you best.

right. People nowadays believe that money equates to happiness and success. All we know that kid could suffer from existential depression, terrible health and social issues

Probably the least important questions. Try google or customer support instead of a podcast about passionate people.

But what he did could have been all through social media - just dms. This was at the time of rapid organic growth. Dont try to down play it bc it will just serve as an excuse to why you cant be successful like that as well! Stay motivated. This happens a lot like we say someone is successful because of connections, money, etc. but what that really is, is an excuse we make to say why we cant do the same. But the truth is, we can.

Issue Block Ya but whatever capital he got he made a space out of it and it worked day and night for him to achieve more for his investments. Lucky? I don’t think so, he just didn’t blame his circumstances: on his shit dad, the government, the economy but took it upon himself to achieve what would have been impossible is he had a different mindset. Willingness, desire and hard work.

You don't need millions to be happy. Of course it helps but that's a very distant reality for a lot of teenagers and it should not be seen as something achievable.
@mpilines
@mpilines 4 жыл бұрын
Yes you don’t need millions to be happy but you need millions to give you power to do what you want. Between being poor or rich Lucas I think you will choose rich and you will either be miserable but with money. It’s bloody painful not to have financial freedom. Plus it’s not guaranteed that being rich makes you unhappy and the opposite will always serve true. Just get the money mate
