I love Kombucha but being a diabetic it isn’t the best for me, would I be able to use powdered sweetner like a stevia sweetener as it’s better than ones containing Aspartame ( it’s evil), I have some autoimmune illnesses and am mostly bed bound and I’m not supposed to have fizzy drinks but I think that Kombucha should be ok. I have got my husband on to Kefir which I never thought would happen, we bought some Kefir yogurt’s and he doesn’t like yogurt but we will now be attempting to make our own Kefir Yoghurt for him, I need an instant pot here in the Scotland. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 What do I do Pam if I don’t have a scoby &/or a previous jar of Kombucha please?
