Thanks for your video! I have a whole bunch of apples I'm going to make pie filling with and want to can the juice from peels and cores until I have time to make syrup with it. This way I won't have to do it in a rush! I've been getting lots of free apples from my food pantries and it's a lit off work doing all this preserving but sure wouldn't want them going bad on me. You made a very nice video!

I am still learning as well and one of the things I have recently learned is to be careful cooking the apple seeds in the juice because a certain amount of them can make you sick. I think it would have to take a lot for it to do that but just wanted to pass the nugget of knowledge along. The peels you don’t have to worry about! Happy canning! 😊
