It really just lacks consistency, definitely needed any search spell or something, the new xyz is not good enough

I bet it be a field spell that incr. or decr. level/rank of a summoned monster (a VW) by 3. An eff that when you Synch or Xyz using VW players can't activate stuff, and a floating and an eff that banishes cards from GY to get set on the field but banishes itself leaves. Not a consistency card tho.

If the field spell emergencie teleports any VW, it would add consistency and aleviate once Teleport gets limited again. The field would lock you into Level/R3nk too.
