Nate and "Double Clutch" show us how to brake repair on a 30 ton Bell B30E DUMP TRUCK! Brake replacement on heavy equipment, (particularly 30-ton articulated trucks) is different than many on-road trucks. However, brake repair on heavy equipment generally uses some of the same basic techniques you find in automotive mechanics. On this episode of Deconstruction, our mechanic (Nate) gives us a step by step walkthrough for how to replace articulated truck brakes quickly and effectively so you could do a brake job on a dump truck yourself! Whether you are working on a bell b45e dump truck or a bell b25e dump truck these adt tips and tricks may help you out! Learn these tips and more about bell equipment from this episode of deconstruction at newman tractor!

They use lifts and cranes a lot to move and take out parts, it just ridiculous the labor it takes for some things, i know my bud worked at a mine, to do a tire repair took 3 days on a big mine trucks if it has chains on, 1 day to remove the tire chains, one day to do the tire repair, one day to put the chains back on....

This is great. First time I got to peek into these type of brakes. Thanks for the insight! The vehicle seemed supported by 2x jack stands and a bottle jack. What kind of jack stands are those? They sure seem plenty strong.
