Hey king try using middle mouse button to use items instantly instead of the menu it’s way easier when fine motor skill no work no more

Best way is to run out immediately with your head down and try to find cover immediately. It's harder to hit a moving target and if you aim downwards, it will literally duck your head down and make you a smaller target and protects your head. Had this happen to me the other night and this strategy worked like a charm.
