Learn how to ELIMINATE defenders with your FIRST TOUCH!

This video will help you learn how to improve turns with your first touch. First touch is a key when you are playing football, soccer. But there are different types of first touch. Moving first touch which is using the momentum of the ball the control the ball is the most important attribute to have during the games to give you the advantage to eliminate a defender with your first touch. Because If you learn how to master dribbling with your first touch, you will easily be able to eliminate the defenders by using this technique when you are playing soccer. Because when you are playing football, soccer, your first touch is always going to be in motion, it’s not going to be stationary like when you are playing, hanging out with your friends. You first have to master how to play under pressure and create space to receive the ball so you are more comfortable when you are trying to have the perfect first touch.

training barefoot is good and bad, it is good in this sense that you can adapt and take in new techniques quickly but it’s also bad as it creates the illusion that you could do all the same movements with boots on, which really only pro or extremely gifted players will have the ability to do

100% agreed. I think it is significantly important to learn to improve yourself how you actually play the game what you wear etc! Even new boots can affect your touch. So unless you are training to be beach footballer, I personally dont see the point. But again this is my opinion.

Always train the way you're going to play or you'll create bad muscle memory. You play with boots on so train with them too.
