Thank you for the demonstration. I have the same machine and cannot sew out a truckers hat because the bill causes it to lose its registration. Can you suggest what has to happen?

When doing hats must you have a design that is digitised especially for hats or can I use any design that fits in the stitch area?

@paulinestewart8012 It is best to get them designed specifically for stitching out on a hat. You will get the best results this way.

Hi Chum - to embroider the side of a hat you will only be able to use the 60 x 40 frame. There are specific techniques that make this easier. Please give Holly a call on 1800 000 360 and she will be able to explain.

I don't know what I did wrong, I have your caps but for some reason there was too much space under the cap and there is a fold on the sewing.
