Wow I am in awe! Good for you you are a real inspiration. I’ve only been in Detroit twice, both times arriving via Amtrak and then traveling on. It’s on my bucket list as a place to explore. Once things settle down I’m thinking of taking a week to go up there with the family. We would like to focus on black history museums, and restaurants and other attractions that celebrate black history. I’d love to read the handbook, is it available on kindle eReader? I have a question, did you finance the cost of the rehab? Or did you get the rehabbed financed? That is one of my concerns with starting this process. I was going to try to build my credit up some before going for a business credit that could fund the cost of the rehab repairs. boi_meets_world Hi, I did a combination of both because like I said in my previous video, I eventually ran out of my personal funds. I’d recommend building your credit for sure if you plan to have everything financed.
