I just bought a house in WV for $8k through an online auction. My experience has been WAY different from yours, but I understand that all auctioneers do it differently, also it seems like it varies from state to state and even from county to county. So definitely do your research everyone because the processes can be different. Still such a good video! People need to know that cheap houses are out there! I see these house flips where they are buying houses for over $200k and I'm just like damn there's way cheaper houses out there even if they aren't in your area.

I'm pretty sure the $10,000 is only if there was never an initial water hook up in the 1st place. Since these all have water to the house already all you have to do is repair the existing plumbing and pay the 1st month of water you tell it and you got water.....

A Mack That’s a great question. I used a family members address when creating a profile on the land bank so that I could easily receive any mail while I was up there (inspection reports, certificates) but the address on my license stated Georgia. I didn’t have an issue with an out of state license. Hope this helps!

king Devon Hi, in my guide I list several zip codes/districts that are good to purchase in when it comes to areas that are up and coming (email is in description area if you want to purchase the guide). As far as purchasing houses in different zip codes/districts for $1000, that really depends on who you are bidding against. In my experience and people that I know who have bought house from the land bank, you will have to keep an eye on several houses because it’s likely you’ll be outbidded if your budget is $1000. It took 3 attempts for me to win my house for $1000. Yes Zillow can sometimes be helpful when trying to get all the info you can on a house, however the pictures may not always be up to date. As far as profit to be made, it doesn’t matter how much you buy the house for, your profit depends on the type of house you buy, how well you renovate it, location, the comps in that area, etc. Hope this helps!

As far as my understanding goes, not much will change if they don’t lower property taxes and stop using property taxes as their main income. Some of these auction houses still have the home owner living in it and just behind on the property taxes so you kick out the homes care taker and it sits abandoned while no one is wanting to rent it

Land banks are typically in areas with an abundance of vacancies, blight, etc. Some other areas include, but are not limited to Ohio, New York, Georgia, Tennessee, Missouri, Pennsylvania, Nebraska, Alabama, West Virginia. Good !Hope that You keep it up your property's Be kind to others and allow other to have the same.Chance that you did ( I'm yet waiting on my stimulus i loss my job but i would like to buy a lot also etc...) Some people because they csn , They buy up the housesthrough landbank half way fit them up and double or, triple the amount .i think thats unfair . They got a good deal allow other the same . ( Also pray and ask forgiveness if you happen to have a house that someone eeally wanted and just counldnt keep. Because while it can be joy to someto get it it was a hardship and eviction for the one that loss their home. I pray that i get a property that someone No longer wanted and left or something of that magnitude. I was a helper or a lady that had 3 little children and lossed and was evicted from her home.. so while its nice for the one that can by it at a small founture. It could have be a hardship for the one that loss it) Not to take away the joy but just remember showmanship., Congrats 👍
