PROMPT :Design an experience** Problem statement - The first step is to ask about the problem context or the details. Look for the context for the problem statement - Ask the right questions or relevant about the experience. PROMPT: Who would be the perfect users of this service? - Make sure to pick at least three and then categorize. PROMPT: Can you draft user personas for the above target users ? - Every persona needs to be different from the other user personas. - content in the user persona : Current behavior / Core use scenario / percentage of users (Assumption)/ specific to problem pointer [Example - things to store ] PROMPT: Can you generate user flow? or where whole user flow works with the mobile app ? - Question every step of points: the answer provided by the ChatGPT step by step. - Consider all the use cases and come up with more scenarios, pros and cons, and options. - Consider our user personas before making any decisions: There can be 1,000 options, so always look at the user personas and their requirements. - Know your users : What is the mentality of the users? When you have a situation where there are options with pros and cons. Make a decision based on your user and an assumption. - Question to ask to know the mentality of the user : Example : Our users are accustomed to this flow, do they understand the service, and would they use it? Some pointers from your videos I noted or which I understood. Thank you for such great video.

As we know there are lot of user research methods to use or to go-ahead with, before researching. But most of us have that confusion when to use which sort of user research method or what would be more convenient to go with according to the project , so can you help me by doing a video on this?

In short, forget that there are even research methods. Forget that they have names and there are multiple types of methods. Focus on just 2 things. Have clarity on what information do you have and what information don’t you have. And then decide what you need to do to find out what you don’t know. Don’t over think. Don’t over analyse. Just simple common sense will tell you what you need to do to get the information you don’t have.

Hi chethan its me again!! I have some doubts 1,in the desition why choose, flow of without app, and with app. I know why you did it, but in deeply what makes you think like that?? 2, the problem statement, some projects will have a combined problems means, In order to achieve a Needs, user have very similar challenges that conects each steps in user journey, -ex: In a parenting app, user as parents need to take care of their child development, in the journey they have challenges in scheduling a plan and tracking analysis for the baby's health, in these two separate need and user have a connection in each steps, Without schedule they can't track. So my doubt is how can i tackle this? can i combine each as one probem statement or can i go for separate problem statement? How to implement the problems in ideation section???
