I haven't yet but it should work if you deduct some liquid and maybe a little psyllium with the weight of one or two large eggs.

@@FreshisReal I hadn’t! I watched it and am so intrigued. Can you answer for me - is making Sourdough with GF Flour all that different from using Wheat Flour? I was recently diagnosed with Celiacs and was so excited to make my own GF Starter (I used your video and PDF for that, and it’s amazing, thank you!!)… I was too excited and followed another ladies Sourdough Recipe, with my (your) GF starter, and it flopped! I’m going to try and bake it today, but, I didn’t realize all the extra ingredients needed!

@@erinfarmer677@ erinfarmer677 I've never made wheat-based sourdough bread, but other than combining a few GF flours and starches to create the best GF bread texture, the steps are more straightforward with GF sourdough recipes. Can you consume eggs? If you can add eggs and would like some guidance, let me know.
