Such a good tutorial! The first song I can play with finger picking now, thanks!

Awesome video! I really like how you showed the basic version of the song (literally 3 chords, I learned it well enough to play smooth in about 30 minutes). Then you added each of the little flourishes so you can add them one at a time, gradually making the song more complex. But every stage of learning the song sounds awesome! This is exactly the slow build up I used to learn to play Dust in the Wind. Great work!

As per your instructions you say to hold the top three strings of the modified F power chord, but then to play it the same as the G (skipping the 5th string) so why hold the 5th string 3rd fret?

Capo on the 6th!!

Tony Dupre I thought that was the 6th..I moved it up to 5th after he mentioned it & sounded off so I put it back.

sixth fret with the capo buddy:) but good video
@crazyolmaisie10 жыл бұрын
You can still learn to play it without the capo, or the capo in a different spot, it's all the same just in a different key. The 5th might work better for his voice or something

this is awesome, but ive noticed that he plays it with the 1st fret capo'd and in 2nd position
