I kind of hate myself for not being better with rap, I been learning how to draw recently, and the fundamentals are very important, to understand, and like idk why its difficult to grasp and follow through and be good with Art. So with that experience i think with raps, i need to not take it to lightly, like i am going to completely imitate what you showed here, but I often get so ruled with my emotions though when i write like the beat really influences what i write about and so on, like its internal conflict hard to ignore when trying to be objective and write 16 bars to a beat

@@michaelloaded2447 i do, i use the website rappad for the longest time, and then i started to use offtop and now bandlab. recently i started to try and make music that gets attention, like im taking a thing or two from youtube videos, having a catching title and i gyuess thumbnail or album cover need to start doing that im rambling but i wish i been using bandlab this whole time and not websites and apps that don't benefit the creator at all

I started to aim for interesting song titles and for vibe and lyrics I just try to make it clear as possible but I aim to do it effortlessly like without much care, I feel it’s really needed for me to have a safe place to record and have a producer/engineer to work with. What always bothered me is seeing people obviously better than me on the rap coach show and like I don’t get what they are seeking help with exactly maybe it’s just to get publicity Which I get is important I hate prop for prop or follow for a follow I rather pay for bots than have fake people like my shirt and follow me

As a rapper myself, I cannot stress enough how important it is to work on your delivery, your style of vocals and cadence. If you’re checking off those three things then all you need now is a good flow to bring it all together. Also, don’t make your bars super technical. Most of the time, simplicity wins. Sure, go ahead and use multi syllable rhymes but don’t see the track you’re working on as a time nor a place to show off your rhyming ability. Self indulgent behaviour like that can ruin a great track. Keep it simple people. People want to be able to vibe to your music or feel a certain emotion that you bring across through your music. Music is all about emotion, so if you’re a dope MC but you’re spitting ten million words in 10 minutes people are probably going be slightly impressed and then just never listen to it again because it’s not a type of rap that truly touches people’s heart. Just because you’re a rapper doesn’t mean you can’t touch the hearts of many people through your words. Be vulnerable as well, because we’ve heard the same raps for years about money, fame, women, sellin dope and jewels for decades now. Make something that’s true to YOU, YOUR life experiences and topics that YOU’RE passionate about

This is crazy. I ended up writing my songs like this before I watch thisvideo. It just came natural to me. Once I have the sound of the hook for the beat, I use this same process to complete the song. I didn’t know this was a legit technique. I thought I was just different😂😂😂
