I came across a list of sermons I usually listen too and then, this Rick Warren came out so I decided to listen to him. “Omg” his sermons are so enlightening and so real every single one has touched my heart. I came across it 2 days ago n now I listen to it every day n look forward to. I share it with my family. I am a truck driver n drive at night about 10 to 11 hours n I can honestly say say I listen to him almost all the hours I drive.

I needed this because I am afraid and need God to let me know I do not need to be afraid as this will be taken care of by God. I am shaking because I am trying to control my set backs that I did not handle correctly; situations with my family and cannot change their opinions of me that really I did not deserved. When my husband was dying I filled the fear of his death with 2 CDs I bought in the gift shop of the hospital. Thanks for your helping me remember. When I was a little girl we had some terrible lighting storms and I sat with my dog and sang I will not be afraid , I will not be afraid , I will look upward and travel onward, but I am not afraid. It helped me lose my fears. Thank you for Giving me Pastor Rick to led me to solutions.

Thank you for sharing this talk pastor Rick, this is just in time. I am in my preparation for my board exam 43 days before the exam and my chest is keep on pounding like a drums. I already took the board before but I failed, but I still believe and hold on to His promise. I believe in God's perfect timing. I believe in His word for God is Bigger than the board exam.

Needed this in getting confidence! I found playing hand drums helped calm my mind from depression and anxiety and wanted to share this with others! (I really felt a connection talking about music that praises God! 😉). I'm developing a program to work with seniors at senior apartments and nursing homes ...but felt low confidence in leading a group and the negative thoughts say I don't have enough music training. This sermon helped me REALLY connect that I don't need to look for confidence in me...just look to God and he will be my confidence!😁 🌞

Loved this message and using the Christmas story to illustrate the different types if fear. Yup, 2000+ years later and we still have the same fears! The only thing I noticed was at the end, during the prayer to accept Jesus...where is the acknowledgement of sin and repentance? That has to happen as well...

I am absolutely torn to shreds by fear, anxiety and worry. I’m up all night every night tossing and turning. I sleep an hour here and an hour there. I’ve lived this way for as long as I can remember. I know the root causes and there is nothing I can do about them. I know this will cut my life short because stress is a killer and we all know it. Please pray for me to find the faith I so desperately seek. My faith is like an engine that will turnover but just won’t fire. It wants to fire up every so often but it never does. I’m a Christian, I have a church home, I have a great pastor, I read my Bible and I watch sermons on KZbin. However some thing is blocking my faith and I cannot seem to defeat it. I can feel it blocking my faith. Please pray for me.
