I learned in my childhood when i was 9 but didn't ride cycle too much only rode for 2 weeks and didn't do cycling for 10 years as usual i lost the habit of cycling after 10 years i bought my own rode continuously for 30 minutes for 3 days i made my habit again now I'm a pro cycler i go to my work place on my cycle everyday and i thought everyone should do cycling as much they could it's a fun

Update - I was doing every Sunday for 1 hour but this was not helping, so I decided to give more effort and decided to do for 30 min early morning, it's been 3 days , alone, I was able to pedal little, will again go back tomorrow n see....it feels embarrassing at times , people sometime stop n comment , their way of encouragement but regardless it feels awkward learning at later age but we can do it , it's worth it.

Namaste Bhaiya. Basically, mein 3 days se try kar rahi hoon cycling sikhne ki, lekin fir be bohot bar fail ho chuki hoon. Mujhe 2 problems humesha encounter karna parta hain: 1) Jab main pedal chalaane kee koshish karata hoon to main apanee daahinee mein jhuk jaati hoon. Isi liye mujse apki jo pedal wala technique hain woh nahi follow ho pata. 2) Jab bhi mujhe koi pichese pakar kar support deta hai pedaling ke liye, aur mein zor se pedal karni ki koshish karti hoon, to mere dono pair fisal jaate hain pedal se. Aisa lagta hain ki I will lose control or pura ka pura cycle left right left right karta rehta hain :(

I learnt bicycling in 2 days . What helped me was to practice putting my other foot on saddle and riding which removed my fear of falling. Now im practicing on balancing, trying to be in straight line rather than shaking

@@umarjanbhat3819 Great. You can go for it. Just 2 care I want you to take. Practice consistently every day for half/ 1 hour and make sure your pelvic region doesn't get too much of a pain sensation. if that happens, then take a rest and avoid the practice. It occurred to me. I struggled for 4 days, 5th day I began in a straight line, 6th day I started overcoming speed breakers. That's where it can get serious on your hips. I hope you'll take care. I pushed it and suffered for a further one week. Now I am riding in the low to moderate traffic. Plus as a beginner, I would recommend you to stay alert on the road. Cause cyclist gets the last respect on the road even below the people who walk or cross. And the tips given by this guy, just follow it with care. I got only 3 very minor cuts on the leg keeping sure your break is good. One thing I tried differently at the start was to learn by sitting on the hard passenger back behind the seat. That pos gives a better chance to push and learn the balance at the start. Gradually or quickly you can start as this guy. Trust me, the learning cycle does bring great happiness. Good luck.

I will tell you best way to learn to cycle follow my trick, i had used this trick to teach many children in my colony how to cycle for the first time and they learnt in 2 - 3 days. First of all, you will need someone else to assist you. Tell them to push the back of the cycle while holding it so that u have balance. Then as you are cycling, tell them to leave it after sometime. Keep doing this, and eventually you will learn it automatic

Practice as much as you can on an open space..I learned gradually..over the time your legs and hands muscle memory will build up and then you never forget how to ride a bike.
