@@joefarrow1599I can see how "light" thinkers would see this video as just being for the lulz. However, this is how you teach advanced subjects like algorithms, data structures, mathematics and so on. You break it down to the bare minimum level (1 case) and then describe techniques that will be expanded upon further (in more difficult scenarios) that are fundamental yet functional and non-intuitive. You don't learn how to design RAM by trying to design a 64GB Random Access Memory from bare minimum knowledge. No, you have to learn how to implement the very basics of computer memory (trust me that is not simple) before you can advance into a '3x3 Rubicks Cube of Memory'. Finally, a tutorial that works! I've been trying to solve my 1x1 for weeks, this video is excellent! I was a little confused about solving the white side, but I eventually figured it out. if anyone else is having trouble, try turning the cube to a 45-degree angle, and then repeat the algorithm. Otherwise, the video was spectacular, I've gotten my time from 3 1/2 hours, down to just under 2! Thanks J Perm, fantastic tutorial!

Thank you for the tutorial! I’ve recently bought a 1x1 but it was accidentally scrambled during shipping and I found it much harder than a 21x21. I couldn’t find out how to solve in in days. Days turned into weeks. Weeks turned into months. Months turned into years. But thanks to this quick tutorial, I’ve been able to finally figure out how to solve it. Thank you for this lifesaver of a video. 🙏🏻 Edit: I’m seeing a lot of people (2 people 💀) joking around about how I said “recently bought” and “months turned into years”. This is the hardest cube, you can never solve it because it's always already solved, the only method is by peeling off the stickers, putting them in the wrong place, peeling them off again, and put them in the right place, but that is considered as cheating.
