Why are you doing it as RBG and not CKMY?

We use RGB to ensure the work flow is consistent when processing both RGB and CMYK files. We did testing using the same RGB and CMYK spot colors and found the RGB colors printed brighter than the CMYK colors, even though the colors ultimately are converted to CMYK. This workflow might not work for every RIP or printer and we advise you do your own testing to determine what works best for you.
