Nice video! Do you have loops installed on the inside of your pants to help with pulling pants up and down?

No I do not with those pants. Have some loops with some of my jeans and more fitted pants, which helps a little bit depending on the elasticity in the pants, but I have found ways to be able to pull pants up without using loops if there are stretchy or have an elastic waist band. I usually play with my wrist flexion and extension to loop the pants around my wrist to pull them up. Following with the final pull up, I squeeze the waist band between my thumb and my knuckle to pull them up. You can check my more detailed technique and explanation in my “Putting on Pants” video. kzbin.info/www/bejne/qmisd6Z_pM1ni80 I usually wear a lot of leggings and more elastic waist kind of pants and found ways to pull them up without those loops. I’ll eventually make some videos about putting on pants that are a little bit more fitted than those lose fitted pants. If you just learning how to put your pants on those loose fitted pants with an elastic waist band are actually an easier to initially learn with. Also pants having pockets can help with putting your hands in the pocket to pull them up. Hope this helps! Stay put for more Dressing Videos in the future😎👖💥
