On a BTB06 600C triac I get a 086 reading which is higher than the 070. You mentioned lower values like 050 has been ok but what about a higher value than 070. Thanks, good video.

I don't have a newer model of TRIAC to test, but this procedure doesn't work on the older X25783 parts still used today in trimmers, etc. Just FYI. Thx for the video!
