14 years of tortuous classes of Irish teachers, so called, trying to teach Irish using peig, 17th century poetry, and Martin o direain etc etc . Plus the beautiful bonus of 1970s teachers being allowed by the department of education, the state, to physically assault kids because they couldn't grasp the fn grammar. Seriously. When will the state do a cost benefit analysis of the utter waste of money in the teaching of Irish. After 102 years of an independent Irish education system only 80,000 people use it as a first language every day. 39% "claim" to have a cupla focal. An abject failure. The state sanctioned violence used by teachers was a disgrace. SO NO I DONT WANT THAT IN MY HEAD WHILE I SLEEP. I HAD ENOUGH NIGHTMARES BECAUSE OF IT AS A KID.

There are 3 dialects of irish, all are equally correct. The way that he said "Dia Dhuit" is Munster pronounciation
