Why didn't you all put the English characters at the top of the Japanese words starting from 6:20 so that we could learn how to say those correctly!?! Someone is dropping the ball over there at Japanese101!

The channel "Learn Japanese From Zero!" is the best one I've found for structure and explanation of concepts that are hard from an English perspective. The "Video Series (FULL LENGTH)" playlist is the most pertinent starting point. Though he does expect you to read the lessons on his site, I find just hearing the explanations is way more informative than other places I've tried to learn(of course this channel is an exception) but he does ramp it up pretty fast after the first few lessons. Don't be afraid to speed up the videos on the parts you already know.

If you make a video with the title "learn Japanese in 3 hours" you will get views because its a nice clickbait, but then all the people who believed you and after 3 hours can't learn much (as is normal) maybe will be discouraged because they couldn't and stop trying. I might make a video named "learn to properly name youtube videos in 3 hours" so you could check. Pisses me off.
