I was impressed that I could read the kanji, I thought I wouldn't be able to, but I really liked your examples, they are everyday sentences and it all went together. I find it interesting that「 魚を食べませんか?」is translated as “would you like to eat fish”? As my first thought was “well it’s ません” so it must be “would you not like to eat fish?” But I suppose it’s maybe more like “ですね”. Like “wouldn’t you like to eat fish?” when translated literally.
