Kannada seems to be a combination of of Tamil, Marathi, hindi .. there are many Marathi words like dalimbe..ajji .. and hindi words like sebu... and tamil appa , Amma Anna etc ..

It's dravidian language, not a combination of some language, especially marathi and hindi 😂. All dravidian language of South has same basic words like appa, amma, thamma, akka, anna, maga, magalu etc Ajji is a pure kannada word 😅.. maybe Marathi took it as loan word. Then fruits you have mentioned were introduced by outsiders for first time, so names are used as the were introduced.
