Please tell me the summary that I am saying here is correct or no?? I got this as 는 is only use with verbs and 은 , 을 is use with adjectives and verbs. 는 is always use for present tense. 은 is for past tense. 을 is for future. Is that summary correct?

verb + 는 is use for present tense, verb + (으)ㄴ is use for past tense, verb/adjective + (으)ㄹ is for future. adjective + (으)ㄴ/는 is expressed state of noun that is follow.
