Hi, I am planning to open a small business, and even though I do not have proper training, I decided to do simple bookkeeping through Xero every month to save on expenses. However, after watching this video I hope to have some advice from you. As a small business owner, do you think it is better if I do the bookkeeping myself and look for an accountant to do the management accounting every quarter and an overall check at the end of the year? Or is it okay if I do bookkeeping every month and ask an accountant to do an overall check at the end of the year?
