This company buys and returns parts daily using both debit and credit cards. I need a way to track total spent with vendor per year - example: Purchases minus returns per vendor, per year.

Hi Bookkeeping Master. Your KZbin channel is great, very helpful and informative. Can you create a PI upload that consolidates the supplier invoice total, i.e. wish to post an invoice to multiple NCs but only want one entry in the supplier ledger. It works manually using the Batch Invoice function. Thanks Jake

I am struggling with a smooth way to find duplicate transactions and delete.(Started Xero this year for our business, I am not an accountant but familiar with what I need to know to get info to my accountant) I noticed when I reconcile I have the "same transaction" come up again to be reconciled a second time. I do know we had manual import and then linked bank feeds when we started which may be issue. Can you help haha!

I have to knock off a payment from a customer with opening Account Receivable Balance which is locked. So, how can i open the locked account code?

My company is using Xero. A customer made a payment for 2022 sales invoices and 2023 invoices. I have to knock off the payment for 2022 invoices from Account Receivable Opening Balances and 2023 invoices are inside sales account by invoices. So, how can I split the payment. For example, the customer made $1000. $200 must be offset from AR Opening Balance Account and $800 must be knocked off with sales invoices. What should I do?
