New Braunfels will likely hit 100,000 people in the next few years. The I35 corridor from SA to Austin will be one long city before too long. The infrastructure needs to catch up.

I agree that with all the people moving into the area that work on the infrastructure for the whole area will need to be accessed. Austin and the surrounding areas are certainly very popular!

The Veramendi master planned community is worth a look. It is large (over 2,000 acres); in the early phases of development; and adjacent to New Braunfels.

We live between Kirby and Converse but New Braunfels is definitely a great to live or visit too!

I'm from new Braunfels was born at McKenna before it was bought out by santa Rosa that town has grown so much in to the city it is today . honestly lost it small town feel aswell has so much stupid ass rules and regulations slowly it's loosing what I remember and being ruined
