That split shot trick is a great one for lighter baits that'll help us cast little baits along further and get them down to depths where fish haven't normally seen them. Thx Mr. Bill. Still my favorite fisherman of all time. The goat

I've been watching your show for forty years. I remember in 1980 I would wait for your show every weekend. Your show has always been a great source of information. Unlike most outdoors programs, yours was like going to class to learn about the various ways to catch Bass. I want to thank you for being there for everyone who loves to fish. You are one of the finest teachers of the sport. Again, Thank you!!!

Great instruction as always. Short note my Dad, rip, and I use to watch you after we had gone fishing and watched you later. My dad was a Southern fisherman, catchem', killem', eatem'. He took not prisoners and threatened to throw me out of the boat if I continued to throw the hard fries back. Keep your hook wet.

This video just proves you don’t need huge baitcasters and 7.5 foot heavy rods w/ 50lb braid to catch big fish. “I’m using just 8lb original stren”... GOAT status.

Had just cast an older Rebel craw (green) and let it sit while I helped my grandson with his gear. Went to retrieve and had a fish on! It was a 4 lb. Smallmouth that came up and hit that crank sitting on the surface! Unusual?

The majority of us don't have access to privately owned ponds and lakes...so were stuck with lakes like Table Rock where catching a 5,6 or 7 lb'er is rare. Like the show .

Has the Rebel Deep Wee R been discontinued?I saw a guy catch two bass over 5lbs off of a point,on a local lake that had just "turned over" on one of those lures once..I couldn't buy a strike off a plastic worm..They were definitely on a shad bite..
