this is too late for this comment but just want to tell you that " while explaining Global variable concept the preference will be given to local 1st ( at 5:07:30 sec) then global but its not, you have return code in such a way to print local 1st. change the order give print above function call then see the result print(a) then display(a) it will make u r statement false. Nonetheless, a useful session to brush up the basics , thank you.
