Many times I was written comments on knowledge of Smt Charumathi Mani and not only just singing but what theoretical knowledge of so many Ragas and deep inside inside it. About so many Vagyakaras of Karnataka music. Not only that some fillm music knowledge also. As I in Bangalore and aged ,I am unable to hear her music personally in any place. Though I dont know much deep in knowledge in Karnataka music from so many years I have got habit of listening to it. I do not much Tamil also. But with all deficiency, I appreciate her way of explanation of musical knowledge and singing. Anyhow I wish all the best in her further musical carrier and throughout her life. Previously I used to listen personally MS, MLV. DKP and other eminent singers by that some knowledge with me and appreciate Karnataka musicians. DS Nagaraja

Such a command on Carnatic music ??? I do not know anything about classical music but I feel that the command & confidence & ease with which she is singing is unique. She deserves Padmashri / Padmabhushan and an award close to Bharata Ratna
