She says it so fast, and doesn't break up the different syllables, so I had a trouble with following along vocally. She only says each phrase twice, so I have to go back and listen very carefully. It was helpful to know the terms and I was able to use the 'helpers' below each word to help me, but it still would've been nice to be able to hear it clearer. Other than that, thank you for this guide!

What a strange comment. The "native language" is the language a person speaks from birth. It does not imply any nationalistic or racist connotations. And yes, the Russian language is the native language for the overwhelming majority of people in Russia, regardless of their phenotype.

@guestimator1217 жыл бұрын
You don't roll r's in Russian, at least not in the way Spanish or Italians do it :-) It's like the normal Spanish or Italian R , for example in Italian word Ferrari , the first r (rr) is rolled, and the second one, at the end, isn't, it's a "normal" R

You sound REALLY nice I find russian a beautiful and interesting language to learn but I've heard it's pretty hard . Has anyone here tried to learn it ? Could you give me a difficulty rate? I have found english a really comfortable and easy language ( I'm Spanish ) cause even though I am far from mastering it, it has simple grammar rules and verbal tenses so the main difficulty is vocabulary. I am looking for another language to learn in order to improve my odds of getting a decent job - here in my country it can be really hard and staff choosers are annoyingly exigent- and I have thought of trying russian. Any advice ?
@amberhanson109210 жыл бұрын
It is actually pretty easy
@raventyan348510 жыл бұрын
Mm..Russian is easy only if you won't learn the rules.(if you'll learn only simple phrases) There are many difficult rules and not every Russian remember it. But if you don't remember all the rules, you'll never get an excellent speaking even if you have a good pronunciation. Russians don't need to remember it all, because we practice them every day. I can give you an advice. Read as many Russian books as you can, because there are the correct examples of Russian grammar and speaking. Good luck

Good lesson, nicely done. The correct formula for introduction; ~Меня зовут + "Имя"~; same as in English ~ My name is + "name"~

She is most likely not Japanese. She is most likely a Kazakh or a person from Central Asia. Many people in Kazakhstan speak Russian.

As for her face, yes, she is of mongoloid race. Many different mongoloid tribes and ethnoses live on the territory of Russia, few examples are: Yakuts, Chuvashes, Udmurts, Evenks etc. Most of them know the russian language quite well. So she is not a russian girl ethnically, of course, but she speaks the natural, very fine russian language, believe me - I am an ethnic russian native speaker :)

There is no such thing as biological "human races". Plus even if it did, why do people like you put so much emphasis on physical looks?

Udmurts are finnic peoples, not mongoloid.

Dani Timo Udmurts is a mix of mongols, tatars and whites. One can clearly see it on photos. But it doesnt matter at all.

The Udmurts are a people who speak the Udmurt language. Throughout history they have been known in Russian as Chud Otyatskaya , Otyaks, Wotyaks or Votyaks (most known, and in Tatar as Ar. There have been claims that they are the "most red-headed" people in the world. The members of the long-extinct Budini tribe, who are said to have been precursors of the modern Udmurts, were described as being predominantly red-headed by the Ancient Greek historian Herodotus.c. 484-425 BC. Udmurts indigenous tribe and not a mix.Probably elder than russians.)))Funny statements Grom
